In Asia the Adzuki bean is commonly used in a wide variety of dishes and desserts. The Adzuki Bean is easy to grow and is a good choice for microgreen farmers who just getting started.
The beans are often sweetened before eating by boiling with sugar to make a red bean paste that is used as a filling or topping for waffles, pastries, and biscuits.
